Turnaround Day – Laundry, Clean and  Quality Checks

We price our housekeeping around how many hours it takes us to clean your property and prepare bedlinen. Please note we also include administration charges reflecting the high standards of our managed services offering.

 

All larger properties require an on-site visit to ensure our pricing is accurate, and on some occasions, an initial clean is required to ensure total accuracy. We consider additional spaces when estimating how many hours are required to clean your property e.g. utility room, additional snug/reception room, additional staircases, lots of glazing.

 

• Small 1 bed properties start from £90 plus VAT

• Most medium sized properties (3 beds) are between £150-220 plus VAT

• Most large properties (4 beds+) are over £230+ plus VAT

Basic Hamper - £12 plus VAT

Large Hamper - £35 plus VAT

Customer Services

To support your guests with day to day queries regarding your property. This support is telephone based between 9-5pm, and is available by text for emergencies.

Property Maintenance

Ensure all amenities are running smoothly at your property, taking the stress out of maintaining your let, we can offer this service on a 3-monthly contract basis. Gas checks and electrical PAT testing included.

Gardening Services

Let our gardener manage your day to day maintenance of your holiday let outside space.

We can also provide landscaping and garden design, to make the most of your outside space for guests.

 

This service is available on a 3 month basis, as a monthly cost.
