Turnaround Day – Linen changed, property cleaned and quality checks.

We price our housekeeping service based on the number of hours that are necessary to prepare the property for the next guests. Please note we also include administration charges reflecting the high standards of our managed services offering.

 

All larger properties require an on-site visit to ensure our pricing is accurate, and on some occasions, an initial clean is required to ensure total accuracy. We consider additional spaces when estimating how many hours are required to clean your property e.g. utility room, additional snug/reception room, additional staircases, lots of glazing.

 

• Small 1 bed properties start from £90 plus VAT

• Most medium sized properties (3 beds) are between £150-220 plus VAT

• Most large properties (4 beds+) are over £230+ plus VAT​

Customer Service

We support your guests with day-to-day queries regarding your property. This support is largely telephone-based and offered between 9-5pm, and is available by text for emergencies. Please be aware that any on-site customer service provided may require a small fee. We also provide emergency call-outs for any bigger guest concerns, and these may come with bigger fees depending on the distance and time of day.

Property Maintenance

We ensure all amenities are running smoothly at your property - taking the stress out of maintaining your holiday let. We can offer this service on a 3-monthly contract basis. Gas checks and electrical PAT testing included.

Gardening Services

Our gardener can also manage the day-to-day maintenance of your holiday home's outside space.
