Hi, I am Rachel, owner and founder of Hardy’s Holiday Home Services, based in Dorchester. When I started my business I couldn’t think of a better name than Hardy’s, as that’s what everyone knows Dorset for; the world renowned author Thomas Hardy.
I have run my own successful holiday let business in Dorset for the last 3 years and have thoroughly enjoyed playing a key role in ensuring people have an amazing holiday experience . It truly is a great business to be in, knowing you are spreading lots of joy and helping families create special memories.

My career background is in Operations Management, with an expertise around customer complaint resolution and customer experience. I pride myself on having an empathic approach to resolving customer queries and I am very passionate about customers getting the best experience possible during their holiday.
As a holiday let owner myself I have a good understanding of balancing the needs of guests with the need for owners to run a healthy profitable business. I continually look for ways to enhance the experience for customers on holiday whilst ensuring your let is run smoothly and efficiently.

Hardy’s Holiday Home Services provides a bespoke service from your weekly turnaround service (laundry and cleaning services) to your guests welcome hamper. At an extra cost we also are able to provide services such as property maintenance and gardening.
